Returns

Returning is quick & easy. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Head to our returns portal above
  2. Follow the prompts to complete your return. 
  3. Package up your return items and attach your printed return label to the outside of the packaging. Alternatively, take your QR code to your local USPS with your package. *If you are an international customer, please send the items back with your chosen carrier.
  4. At this time, multiple orders can not be combined in a single return.
  5. Drop off your return at your local post office. Be sure it is scanned in transit once received and obtain a receipt for proof of lodgement.
  6. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it can take anywhere between 3-6 business days for your return to be processed. Return processing may up take up to 10 business days if your return is received with damages, faults, is missing an item in your return, or does not adhere to our returns policy.

Returns policy

Returns can be made within 30 days of your delivery date for unworn items in their original condition with all tags still attached. All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal, where a prepaid USPS return label will be automatically created.  

We offer the following return options:  

Refunds 

The cost to return for a refund is $9.95 and will be deducted from the refund amount.  Allow up to 6 business days for processing once your return arrives.

Exchanges

Exchange requests can be completed directly through our return portal. If you select this option, the cost to return is free. Please note, exchanges are not guaranteed, if your requested item is out of stock when your return is processed, you will automatically receive a refund instead. 

The option to repurchase the same item in another size at the original sale price is available via exchange only (subject to availability).

Shop Now 

Essentially this is another exchange option! This way, you have the option to order a different item instead of just swapping for a new size. If you select this option, the cost to return is free as well. *Discounts codes or previously used discount codes cannot be applied in the shop now feature.

Store Credit 

If you decide to return for store credit instead of a refund, your return is free of charge. Opting for store credit will allow you to make a new purchase at a later date and use a new promo code, if available.   

Non-Petal & Pup Returns

Petal & Pup is not responsible for non-Petal & Pup items mistakenly returned. We do not have the ability to locate or ship back these items once received.

Faulty Items

Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to contact Customer Experience for any faulty, damaged, or defective items. Requests received after this period may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Eligibility

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, deodorant, or scent. Tags must remain attached. Final sale items, accessories, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

*If you have selected a refund to your original payment method and your order was processed via split payment, your refund will be issued to the gift card applied at checkout and the remaining balance will be issued to the credit card.
