Returns & Exchanges: Exchanges for items purchased through our online boutique will be accepted through our online boutique once they have been verified as unused. (Please note that we do not accept orders at department stores.)
Items must be received within 14 days of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping costs in the event of a defective product.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt only if the product is defective or if the product you received is different from what you ordered.
If you wish to exchange a product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
When returning a product to the online boutique, please fill out the “Returns and Exchanges Form” on the back of the invoice included with the product, and return it along with any accessories that were included. Please return it to the address below.
